  1. Terry says:

A messiah is anyone who recognises and teaches truth. Messiahs are believed to have been sent by God to show us the way. But what we need to realize is we are all God. Every one of us. That is why we all have a sense of conscience. It is God’s morality; Our natural morality. It is just often clouded by dogma

  3. Obviously there are textbook or scripture answers to this question, but how would you recognize a Messiah if you saw one walking around? I think Bill Hicks, a comedian, and maybe a prophet, said it best, “The world is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it, you think it’s real because that’s how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it’s very brightly coloured and it’s very loud and it’s fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question, is this real, or is this just a ride? And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, “Hey – don’t worry, don’t be afraid, ever, because, this is just a ride.” And we kill those people.”

he is one of god’s messengers to mankind.. to help man kind and to deliver gods message to man kind and be a symbol for them in how to worship god

  5. Carole says:

We are all potential Messiahs. We are all perfect in God’s eyes, despite our opinions about ourselves. Maybe a Messiah actually understands Who We Really Are?

  6. [...] Who created God? Is God male or female? What does God need from us? Who is/are the Messiah(s)? Who is the [...]

  7. Robert says:

I don’t believe that messiahs exist – nor should they. I also don’t believe it’s genuinely useful to long for a savior, and I think that our history alone proves that it’s very harmful to believe that one might happen along. In my view, we shouldn’t be looking for saviors and heroes. We should be looking for good IDEAS.

  8. Jeff says:

Different variations of Sun worship. Plagiarized again and again across the centuries.

  9. Jim Palmer says:

Certain varieties of the god-virus posit saviors who will rescue us from our venal existence. All that is required is to renounce this world and your critical thought processes.

  10. Federico Pizarro says:

Einstein is the messiah. Richard Dawkins is the messiah. scientist are messiahs. hopefully i’ll become a atheist messiah too.
