Evolution is proven more and more each day. We already know if water, hydrogen, ammonia, methane, heat, and light (like early earth conditions) amino acids are made. Ask any biologist, that’s the building blocks of life. We’ve also shown with fossils and modern animals how things evolve including the eye which is quite complex. Add in DNA mapping and creationism is clearly losing this fight. People don’t seem to understand believing in superstitions made thousands of years ago don’t apply to modern life. We’ve grown and evolved again but this time in our understanding of things. Physics now have several experiments that lead to parallel universes and a near complete theory of everything. Creationism needs to be filed away with old ideas like the earth being flat, sea monsters, and the sun rotating around the earth.
Couldn’t it be both? Take an ape and give it a spark of alien intelligence, tweek it for awhile before you allow it to procreate on its own. Hope that it will continue to evolve in an advantageous direction as your race has. Visit once in awhile to see how the experiment is going. Provide assistence when imminent danger to the race or stagnation of progress occurs–something like that–hoping all the time that they will reach a level of evolution so that others in the universe will want them to join in discourse all moving toward increasing awareness and enightenment..
We have to try to be certain that creation and evolution are actually differnt kinds of things to be sure.
Water has been the same super substance since substances started to occur in reality. It has many many many many useful attributes. We need to hang out with water all the time, We do different things with it in different ways, for different reasons, at different times. Creation kind of implies “all of a sudden”, whereas evolution means a kind of ongoing creation. To me it is more of a status issue than an actual issue. Status people might want to believe something and then they might want to do something punishing to you if you are not on board with that belief. That’s why they have wars. No one is responsible while having to respond under orders to someone who is in charge and wants to do some damage to outsiders. Status people might want to kill you “under the auspices of God” if they think you are being contrarian toward their belief system.
Status is kind of like shadows of interpretation overshadowing the more truthful reality interface. Status people are kind of like philisophical criminal or people who enforce group bias. Truth cannot actually be enforced because it is what it is. Beiiefs have to be enforced in religion but first sold as status or stability to potential believers. It can work ok or hold a group together, but believing is about overshadowing truth with gaming rules.
Creation seems to imply a hierarchal kind of belief system whereas evolution seems to imply something going on with process, dynamics, effort, judgement, basing on life and death kind of decisions and judgments. Creation implies that thinking about anything doesn’t matter and you might be punished or killed for not going along with official creation nonsense beliefs.
Evolution seems to imply changing and adapting to changing circumstances.
As it happens our environment creates us. I could be a different person, if i had different circumstances. As it turned out i had conceptually intolerable and intolerant circumstances and was never actually able to bond with nonsense. Maybe i was just a little too peculiar to belong or want to belong. You have to harden your senses and stupidify your mind to go along with a “fell swoop” version of religious nonsense. Crammed nonsense tends to be how beliefs take shape.
All of the evidence points toward evolution. None of it toward creation. In fact, creation would need to explain a whole lot of things for which there’s no evidence before their point of view would be remotely tenable.
Creationist theories generally don’t really answer much since they answer one question (“How did we get here?”) with another even harder to explain one (“How did God/aliens get here?”) so it’s really not all that helpful.
BOTH… It all depends on which PERSPECTIVE one is ABLE to hold… an *INFINITE (Non-dual) one or a FINITE (Dualistic) one.

THAT which is the SOURCE of creation is NOT subject to Time/Space since THAT is the creator of Time/Space, .. existing OUTSIDE of, WITHIN, and AS TIME/Space itself, while that which IS created IS finite and subject to Time/Space.
Divine Consciousness, being INFINITE in ITs scope creates via SPANDA or a constant BURSTING FORTH .. (Sanskrit – Unmesha ), NEW in every instant…the omnipresent Now Now Now ….
For infinite Consciousness (Source / “God” ) , Creation is NOT an Historic Event, something which took place ” in the past”, since there is no “past”, nor is there a “future” in this all pervasive timeless state. Being Transcendent in nature THAT Infinite ONE exists in the constant NOW of Perfect BEing.. as in the verb TO BE. BOTH these States … (Non-dual and Dual) exist simultaneously.
The finite mind of man Experiences the reality of evolution, creation taking place WITHIN the passage of TIME, while the reality of infinite Divine Consciousness is simply the all pervasive NOW sans Time.
For Divine Consciousness, in ITs Transcendent State there is no evolution, no Time unfolding. Everything simply IS and IS Not. Both states are valid in their own right, but the Transcendent NOW is considered to be Truth Absolute since it is the ONE Constant, never changing, untouched by TIME, even as it is Witness to Time.

Seen this way the Creationists are a bit right and also a bit wrong since they try (via the finite mind) to combine the two views… God’s INFINTE perspective, OUTSIDE of Time, and Man’s FINITE perspective WITHIN Time. Likewise, those Evolutionists are also a bit right and a bit wrong who leave out the infinite view of Source which is Transcendent in nature, since without Divine Consciousness there would be no TIME/Space in which to evolve. Of course not all Evolutionists leave “God” out of the equation. : ) Indeed, many see Evolution as the Divine Method of Creation.
There is a THIRD group , The enlightened Ones, those rare FEW who are able to hold a Transcendent View of CREATION …from WITHIN TIME/Space and also OUTSIDE of TIME/Space simultaneously. This is the unchanging reality of Truth Absolute. Those who KNOW Truth Absolute have merged into THAT Divine ONE fully and RE-cognize their own True SELF, which is the same in all. ~ Peace ~ Faith
